We were extremely happy with the care my mother received at Oak Trees. The staff were caring and friendly from the matron to the cleaner. All the staff always had time for mum, everyone made time to chat with her.

When mum passed away the kindness we were shown as a family was second to none. We couldn’t have been happier with the care provided.

My mother came to Esk Hall for two weeks respite care and it is a lovely care home. The manager leads by example and without exception, the staff were professional, kind and caring in every way.

When she got home, my mother told all her visitors that the care was perfect and neither she nor I would have any hesitation in her returning if she needs further care. I can recommend Esk Hall without any reservation.

We have been very impressed with the care and attention that Mum received at the hands of the carers, nursing staff and all other members of staff, who made a great team, not forgetting the person who gave of her time to provide many interesting activities for the residents.

We were always very welcome, regardless of what time we arrived to visit Mum.

All the staff at Greenwell went the extra mile to make Dad happy. Their job was made difficult with Covid, but they did a fantastic job. They were very kind to all of us in his family at a difficult time, this will stay with me forever. There can be nowhere better.
