Care at Oak Trees

01. Nursing Care
For our Nursing residents, we employ a highly qualified nursing care team available to deliver care 24 hours a day. This enables our team to deliver high quality care to our residents with the most complex of needs. Using Person Centred Software, evaluation of individual needs and development of detailed care plans enhances the quality of care our team can deliver.

Using specialist facilities, we promote independence, ensure comfort and mobility within our home and create a resident focused environment.
02. Residential Care
Our residential residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible. Regularly monitoring and assessing our resident’s individual care needs enables our team to always be there to support and assist at all times.

Each resident’s room provides a ‘home from home’ environment. Our aim is to provide a level of care which allows for independent living, with additional support. Our residents enjoy the community atmosphere, companionship and security in our homes.
03. Respite Care
Respite care is ideal for those looking for convalescence, either following a hospital stay or an illness. Many people also arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if the home is the right choice for them as their new home.

Caring independently for a loved one can be challenging at times and it is important to take regular breaks to recoup. We offer short term residential stays to allow carers the time to rest, confident that their loved one is in good hands. We are also able to make short stays available, which can boost the support network of someone who is recovering from an accident or following a hospital stay.

Both services allow the opportunity for carers and those cared for to rebuild strength and rest.
